Hospice Care is a highly specialized form of healthcare that provides comfort and peace for patients facing advanced chronic illness.

Hospice Care may be right for the patient if

they have been diagnosed with a chronic disease for which they are not seeking

curative treatment. Hospice care improves a patient’s quality of life to make

the most of the time they have left.

Primary Care may be right for the patient if they have been diagnosed with a chronic illness which makes traveling to see their primary care provider difficult or unpleasant.
